We often hear concerns about generative AI making things up or hallucinating. The key to mitigating this is building trusted knowledge bases of content and working only from that trusted knowledge. This comes from your organization\u2019s specific knowledge or existing learning content, such as videos. I\u2019m just coming off lunch, so I\u2019m still a little hungry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-c-11-f-5-a-color\">Jeff<\/mark>:<\/strong> Learning Content AIQ can work with all sorts of content and it can keep all this content up to date. It\u2019s built on the secure Microsoft tech stack so it loves Microsoft formats such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more. But we\u2019ve also spent a lot of time making sure it accepts eLearning files such as SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, and you can upload those zip files directly into the tool and it will do the tedious job of unpacking and organization for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we fill the pipeline with content, the parsing agents we&#8217;ve built in the tool come into play. They start to understand what\u2019s going on because, in most cases, you\u2019re not working off a single file. You have lots of files that might even have contradicting information. We use a series of parser agents to read through the content, understand the core topics and themes, and build an index of that information. In a workspace, you can focus on grounded information relevant to a specific project or initiative. You might have knowledge bases covering many topics, but you can create a workspace to focus only on specific information, like leadership content.
